reena@thaliwalveja.co.ukReena has worked with the firm for over 16 years as a Practice Manager. She is responsible for the smooth running of the office and as such wears many hats. Along with being responsible for all matters relating to HR, from recruitment to day to day management, she also assists the Directors with regulatory tasks to ensure compliance with SRA rules and regulations, Lexcel and GDPR. Reena also manages the firms accounts and financial responsibilities.
Reena is Co-Founder & Trustee of a UK registered charity supporting a Home in Punjab, India, which cares for new-born and young abandoned girls. Currently, as well as being a listening volunteer for a renowned charity Reena is also a volunteer for Midlands Langar Seva Society and undertakes a weekly duty to help provide food and drink to those in need. In the past, Reena has organised events to raise funds for a number of other charities including Healing Little Hearts, Samaritans, Mind and others.
In her spare time, Reena enjoys spending time socialising with family and friends, reading and travelling.
