Brittany Gales

Brittany is a Paralegal within the Court of Protection department. Brittany began her professional career working in a bank, during this role, Brittany learnt the importance of quality customer service and meticulous attention to detail, both of which are skills that she has transferred to her current role within the firm. Brittany has completed her LLB in law, having graduated from the University of Derby in 2022 with a first class degree.

Upon completion of her law degree, Brittany enrolled on the LPC LLM and is hoping to achieve a high outcome, as with her undergraduate degree. Brittany has the ultimate ambition of qualifying as a solicitor and practising in the area of Court of Protection with the firm.

Brittany provides quality and fundamental support to the Court of Protection team. Within her role, Brittany has gained valuable experience in assessing the merits of issuing proceedings and assisting in the drafting of documents and lodging the same to the Court of Protection. She enjoys visiting and speaking with clients in order to ascertain their wishes and feelings. Since joining the firm, Brittany has become increasingly enthused about her ability to advocate for vulnerable members of society, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are upheld.

Outside of work, Brittany values spending quality time with her family and friends. Brittany enjoys being active, walking her dogs, and is an animal lover. Brittany is passionate about art and enjoys being creative, which is evident from her collection of her own contemporary art paintings and art commissioned projects she has engaged with. Brittany has an interest in exploring different cultures and places, so spends time traveling around the world, gaining new and valuable experiences.
